1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and luky33 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the luky33 platform at luky33.net, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the luky33 platform and close your account. Continued use of any luky33 service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the luky33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and luky33.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on luky33. By completing registration, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 or older. luky33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 18 will be immediately closed with all funds returned subject to verification.

2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of luky33 is lawful in the jurisdiction where you are located. luky33 does not represent that the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan and elsewhere are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding the legality of online gaming in their location.

2.3 One Account Rule. Each individual may maintain only one active account on luky33. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the name, email, mobile number, device, or payment method used — are prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at luky33's sole discretion, and any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and update it promptly if it changes. Providing false information, including false name, date of birth, contact details, or payment information, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

2.5 Account Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your luky33 account.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luky33 login credentials, including your password. You must not disclose your password to any third party.

3.2 You must notify luky33 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. luky33 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.3 luky33 staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to luky33 immediately.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Methods. luky33 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa Debit, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods may vary and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. JazzCash and Easypaisa minimum deposits are Rs 500.

4.3 Currency. All transactions on luky33 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for local payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit. luky33 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

4.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited to your luky33 account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. Deposits from payment methods not in your name may be declined and returned.

4.5 Deposit Finality. Once processed, deposits are immediately credited to your luky33 account and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to verified account holders. luky33 may require completion of identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

5.2 Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for deposit. luky33 reserves the right to use alternative verified payment methods at its discretion.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

5.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 All bonuses, free spins, free bets, and promotional offers at luky33 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are stated per promotion. General bonus terms and specific promotion terms together govern the use of all promotional offers.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are stated in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Abuse. luky33 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is suspected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and collusion.

6.4 Expiry. Bonuses and free spins expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from the account and cannot be reinstated.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 By placing bets or playing games on luky33, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose any amount you wager. luky33 does not guarantee winnings on any game or betting market.

7.2 All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes in certified live studios. Game RTPs are documented per title.

7.3 Sports betting outcomes, including cricket and PSL markets, are settled based on official results as recognised by the relevant sporting body. In the event of dispute, luky33's determination is final subject to the dispute resolution process in section 7.4.

7.4 Disputes. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with luky33 support within 72 hours of the relevant event. luky33 will review disputes within 5 business days. The luky33 decision on bet settlement disputes is final.

7.5 luky33 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds, bets affected by technical errors, or bets placed using information not publicly available at the time of placement.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on luky33. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with luky33 games or betting markets
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes in any luky33 product
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other game
• Using insider information or match-fixing intelligence in sports betting markets
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting, or using luky33 for any financial crime
• Creating multiple accounts (see section 2.3)
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual
• Facilitating access to luky33 services by minors
• Using chargebacks as a method to recover gaming losses

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 luky33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all registered account holders. These tools are accessible in account settings.

9.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed 24/7 with no delay. A self-excluded player will not be able to access their luky33 account or receive promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion period.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luky33 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including gaming losses.

11.2 luky33's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to luky33 in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11.3 luky33 is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events including natural disasters, regulatory actions, or cyber attacks beyond luky33's reasonable control.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 luky33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time where there is reasonable belief of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering risk, or regulatory requirement.

12.2 Where an account is closed by luky33 for breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will generally be returned to the player's verified payment method following investigation, unless the funds are subject to confiscation as permitted by law.

12.3 You may close your luky33 account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawals will be processed normally following account closure.

13. Amendments to Terms

luky33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or platform notification. Continued use of luky33 following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

Users in Pakistan are responsible for complying with applicable Pakistani laws regarding online gaming.
